AddCal turns your events into links people can add to their own calendar in one click. You create events and calendars in AddCal, share a link, and your audience adds them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and more. When you update an event, everyone who added it sees the change.

This guide explains the main parts of AddCal and points you to the right article for each one.

What you can do with AddCal

  • Share a single event. Create an event, get an add-to-calendar link and a ready-made landing page, and share it by email, social media, or a QR code.

  • Share a calendar people subscribe to. Group events into a calendar and share one subscribe link. Subscribers get your future events automatically, and your updates sync to them.

  • Collect RSVPs. Turn on RSVPs for an event to track who is coming and collect their details with a registration form.

Step 1: Create your first event or calendar

Start with whichever fits what you are sharing:

You can do both, and add events to a calendar at any time.

Step 2: Share your link

Every event and calendar gets its own public page and link automatically. Share that link wherever your audience is, and visitors add your event to their calendar app with one click. For a button or link you drop straight into a website or email, see Add-to-calendar links.

Step 3: Track and grow

Once your events are out in the world, you can see how they perform and who is engaging:

Next steps

When you are ready to go further, AddCal can embed a calendar on your website, create events automatically from other tools with Smart Links, and apply your own branding. Browse the Integrations and Settings collections for those, or follow the links in each article above.
