The AddCal affiliate program pays you a commission on payments made by users you refer. You apply once, and after your application is approved you get a referral code and link to share, plus a dashboard that shows your earnings, who you have referred, and your payouts.

How it works

When someone signs up to AddCal through your referral link and pays for a subscription, you earn a percentage of their payments, paid out monthly. Your specific rate is shown as your Commission Rate on the dashboard once your application is approved.

Apply to the program

To join, open the affiliate page in AddCal and complete the application form. You provide:

  • Company name

  • Website

  • Referral method, which is how you plan to promote AddCal

After you submit, your application status is set to Pending approval and the AddCal team reviews it. Applications are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. You will see a pending screen until a decision is made.

Getting approved

Once the AddCal team approves your application, your status changes to Active and your affiliate dashboard becomes available. An affiliate can also be set to Inactive.

Your referral code and link

When your application is created, AddCal generates a unique referral code for your account. Your dashboard shows this as a ready-made referral link under Your Referral Link, in the form https://addcal.co?via=YOURCODE. Use the copy button to copy it, then share it. Only users who sign up through your referral link are tracked against your account and counted toward your earnings.

Your dashboard

Once you are an active affiliate, the dashboard shows:

  • Earnings This Month, for the month and year you select

  • Total Earnings across all time

  • Total Payouts paid to you so far

  • Your Commission Rate

You can change the selected month and year to view earnings for a specific period.

Referred users

The dashboard lists the users you have referred. For each one you can see:

  • Their email

  • The campaign they signed up through

  • When they signed up

  • Their earnings for the selected month and their total earnings

The list is paginated, showing up to 10 referred users per page.

Payouts

Your payouts are listed on the dashboard, most recent first, with up to 10 per page. Each payout has an amount and a payout date. The Total payouts figure is the sum of all payouts made to you.
