Unlimited calendar adds and clicks

Every event you share on the Free plan gets unlimited calendar adds and clicks. There is no cap on how many people can add your events to their calendars. This is a core part of AddCal and is free for everyone.

Monthly event creation limit

You can create up to 10 events per month on the Free plan. This resets each month based on your signup date. There is no limit on the total number of events you store, only on how many new ones you can create each month.

RSVPs and subscribers

Each event can collect up to 50 RSVPs, and each calendar can have up to 100 subscribers. If you expect more attendees, consider upgrading to a paid plan.

Smart links

You can create smart links on the Free plan, but events created through smart links are limited to 5 per month. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited smart link events.

What's not included

The following features need a paid plan. Most are available on both Premium and Business, but a few are Business only:

  • Custom RSVP forms: create tailored registration forms for your events (Premium and Business).

  • Custom designs and templates: brand your calendars and events with custom styling (Premium and Business).

  • Remove AddCal branding: show only your brand on shared events (Premium and Business).

  • Additional team members: collaborate with your team on calendar management (Premium and Business).

  • Email reminders: automatically send reminders to attendees before events (Business only).

  • Custom domains: use your own domain for your public calendar (Business only).

  • Calendar invites: send real email calendar invitations for an event (Business only).

  • Email send allowance: invite updates and cancellations and calendar digests count toward a monthly allowance that comes with a paid plan (Premium includes 1,000 sends a month, Business 5,000).
