A collection bundles several of your calendars behind one public page and a single subscribe link. Share one link and your audience can follow every calendar in the bundle at once, or pick only the ones they want.
Collections are a Pro feature. On a free plan the collections page shows an Upgrade to unlock collections prompt instead of the editor.
Create a collection
Open the collections page and click New collection.
Enter a Collection name (for example,
Community Events).Add a Description and an optional Cover image. These appear at the top of the collection's public page. Images can be PNG, JPG, or WEBP up to 2MB.
Add at least one calendar (see below), then click Create collection.
You need a name and at least one calendar before you can save.
Add calendars
In the Calendars in this collection section, use Add calendar to add any of your team's calendars. Drag the rows to set the order subscribers see on the public page. Add as many calendars as you like; remove one to take it out of the bundle.
Only your own calendars are available to add. Calendars protected with an access code cannot be added to a collection.
Let subscribers choose calendars
By default, everyone who subscribes follows every calendar in the collection. To change that, turn on Let subscribers choose calendars under Subscription options. This shows a picker on the public page so people subscribe to only the calendars they want.
When the picker is on, each calendar has a Default on setting. Calendars that are default on start pre-selected in the picker; subscribers can clear them or add others. With the picker off, the Default on setting does not apply and everyone follows all of the calendars.
Collect subscriber information
Turn on Collect subscriber information to ask people for their details before they can subscribe to the collection. Without it, subscriptions are anonymous.
Once it is on, you can also:
Tick Hide event details until subscribers provide their information to keep events hidden on the public page until someone submits the form.
Choose a Custom form to collect extra fields. Leave it set to Name and email only to ask for just a name and email address.
For more on building forms and what you can ask for, see Custom forms and Collecting subscriber information.
Share the collection link
Each collection has its own public page. Open the collection and use the Copy button next to the link, or open the public page to preview it. The page lists the calendars in the collection and lets visitors subscribe.
You can set a custom Public link on the Basics step. Use letters, numbers, and hyphens only (up to 50 characters). Leave it blank to use the auto-generated link. Custom links are a Pro feature.
Manage collection subscribers
Open a collection and switch to the Subscribers tab to see everyone who has subscribed. The tab shows the current subscriber count. From here you can:
Search by name or email, and filter by Active or Blocked status.
Edit a subscriber's name, email, and any custom-form fields.
Block a subscriber to stop their feed updating, or unblock them again.
Delete a subscriber permanently.
Subscriber details only appear here if you turned on Collect subscriber information. Otherwise subscriptions are counted but anonymous.
Export subscribers
On the Subscribers tab, click Export List to download a CSV of the collection's subscribers. If you have a status filter applied, the export matches that filter.
