πŸš€ Quick Overview

RSVPs let you track who's coming to your events. Share a link, collect responses, and manage your guest list all in one place.


Step 1: Enable RSVPs

  1. Create your event (or open an existing one)

  2. Go to the RSVPS tab

  3. Click "Enable RSVPs" button

  4. βœ… Done! Your event now accepts RSVPs

Step 2: Configure Settings (Optional)

Click the settings gear to customize:

  • Attendee Limit: Set maximum number of guests

  • Custom Form: Collect additional info (Premium)

  • Email Notifications: Get RSVP summaries (Premium)

  • Confirmations: Auto-send confirmation emails (Premium)

Step 3: Share Your Event

  1. Copy your event link from the Share tab

  2. Send via email, social media, or website

  3. That's it! People can now RSVP

View Your Dashboard

  • Green: Attending guests

  • Yellow: Maybe responses

  • Red: Not attending

Manage Attendees

  • Filter responses (All/Attending/Maybe/Not Attending)

  • Add RSVPs manually

  • Edit attendee information

  • Export guest list as CSV

Q: How do attendees RSVP?

A: We'll contact you about upgrading. Your event continues working normally.
