Connecting Zoom to AddCal lets you import your Zoom meetings into AddCal and keeps the details in sync. Attendees get a one-click Join Zoom Meeting button on your event pages.
Connect your Zoom account
Open your AddCal profile settings.
In the Linked Accounts section, click Connect next to Zoom.
Sign in to Zoom and authorize the connection.
Once authorized, your Zoom account is linked to AddCal.
Import Zoom meetings into AddCal
Go to the Zoom import page.
Review the list of your upcoming Zoom meetings.
Check the boxes for the meetings you want to import.
Choose the AddCal calendar where the meetings should appear.
Click the import button to add the selected meetings.
When you change the time of an imported Zoom meeting, AddCal updates it automatically.

Join Zoom Meeting button: Your event pages show a Join Zoom Meeting button so attendees can join in one click.
Video icon in your dashboard: Events imported from Zoom show a video icon next to their titles.
Disconnect AddCal from your Zoom account
To remove AddCal from Zoom:
Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage in the top-right corner.
Select Added Apps from the left-hand menu.
Find AddCal in your list of installed apps.
Click Remove next to AddCal.
Optionally give a reason for removal.
Click Remove to confirm.
What happens after you disconnect
Imported events stay: Disconnecting stops syncing between Zoom and AddCal, but events you already imported remain in your calendar. They no longer receive updates from Zoom.
Data handling: When you remove AddCal from Zoom, any stored Zoom data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Delete your AddCal account
To delete your AddCal account, email [email protected] with your request. Our support team will guide you through deletion and handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
Authentication needed: If you see an "Authentication Needed" message, check that Zoom is connected in your AddCal profile settings.
Meeting not syncing: Confirm the meeting is scheduled in Zoom and that your Zoom account is linked to AddCal.
Accessing recordings: AddCal does not import Zoom recordings. To view recordings, sign in to Zoom and open the Recordings section.
